As part of the EPB (Energy Performance of Buildings) missions, our team focuses on optimizing energy consumption in buildings to make them more energy-efficient.

In addition to ensuring compliance with energy efficiency standards and regulations, our goal is to achieve savings in energy consumption and associated costs by advising you on various solutions, both in terms of the building envelope and its installations.

Our key role is to promote sustainable practices and actively contribute to reducing the carbon footprint of buildings, in line with the Q-Zen (Nearly Zero Energy) regulation.

Q-Zen is a construction standard aimed at minimizing the energy consumption of buildings.

Its benefits include optimal comfort through efficient systems, better insulation, significant energy savings, effective management of operating and maintenance costs, future-proof regulatory compliance, and achieving an A label in terms of energy performance (EPB).

To meet these goals, Q-Zen buildings incorporate technologies designed to improve energy efficiency and promote the use of renewable energy, thereby contributing to the fight against climate change and enhancing the sustainability of construction.
