Article 1. Preamble
These terms are agreed between the commercial entity “DFT-Engineering srl” and, on the other hand, individuals wishing to make a purchase via the DFT-Engineering website (dft-e.be), hereinafter referred to as “the user.”
The parties agree that their relationship will be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any other terms previously available on the site.
If a condition is missing, it will be considered as governed by the practices in force in the remote sales sector where companies are based in Belgium.
The non-application of one or more provisions of these terms cannot be interpreted by the customer/buyer as a waiver of these terms.
These terms aim to define the sales conditions between dft-e.be and the user, from ordering to services, including payment and delivery.
They govern all the steps required to place the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties.
Any user of the site who does not have a customer number must follow a registration procedure that will allow them to obtain their customer number.
In any case, the final validation of the order implies the user’s acceptance of the order in its entirety and at the price indicated.
This validation constitutes a signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out on the site.
Article 2. Terminology
The services offered by dft-e.be on its website, namely the sale of products, will hereinafter be referred to as “dft-e.be services.” Any person wishing to benefit from dft-e.be’s services and having met the general sales conditions will hereinafter be referred to as a “customer,” any company having mandated dft-e.be to sell a product it owns on its site will be referred to as a “supplier,” and any order placed by a customer under the prescribed conditions will be referred to as “the order.”
Article 3. Registration of Personal Data
Any individual or legal entity who registers during a visit to the website “www.dft-e.be” as a potential contracting party of dft-e.be provides their personal data to dft-e.be through registration.
Registration implies explicit consent that their identification data may be processed in dft-e.be’s data file. Only individuals or legal entities with full legal capacity may register.
During the registration process, the individual or legal entity receives an identifier number and chooses a password validated by dft-e.be, and these details are confirmed by sending a summary email from dft-e.be to the customer.
The customer is responsible for the confidentiality, security, and proper use of their identifier and password.
Any use of a customer’s identifier and password is assumed to have been made by that customer.
dft-e.be may temporarily or permanently disable the use of the identifier and password if it appears that the customer is not complying with one or more provisions of these general terms.
The controller for processing the customer’s personal data is: “dft-e.be” info@dft-e.be
The processing of this personal data in dft-e.be’s data file is done for the purposes of customer management, order processing, deliveries, billing of material and immaterial services, credit monitoring, advertising via profiling, personalized processing, and marketing.
